Abstract
This piece reflects on the limits of listening sessions held in the wake of George Floyd’s death and argues that true organizational and societal change requires full participation, open dialogue, and collaborative mediation processes. Dr. Rashid draws on principles of conflict management to propose a model for engaging both sides in constructive discourse that leads to action.
