Description
This rare edition of the Alumni News Letter features a group photo of the Alumni Scholarship recipients. Among the students in the photo are Ezell Blair Jr. (Dr. Jibreel Khazan), Joseph McNeil and David Richmond, 3 of the famous A&T Four. This edition was published just a month before February 1, 1960, the beginning of the Woolworth Sit-Ins in Greensboro.
News also includes the A&T Basketball Team, and front page snippet about President Wamoth T. Gibbs, and a literary award for Dr. Frenise Logan.
