Course Description
This course is a study of electromagnetic concepts and effects using vector analysis. It covers topics such as transmission line theory, Smith chart, electrostatics, magnetostatics and briefly reviews time-varying fields and Maxwell’s equations. The completion of this course will equip the student with knowledge on the physics behind electrical engineering and prepare them for more advanced electromagnetic and microwave engineering courses.
