Description
Willard Whitehead is feeding his chickens at the brooder house. Whitehead had two years of Vocational Agriculture before stopping school. He is now farming with his grandmother. He is married and has one daughter. There is 28 3/4 acres in farm. His farming program consists of the following: 7 acres of corn,3 1/2 acres of cotton, 4 acres of tobacco and peanuts, 2 cows, 2 brood sows, and 50 hens.
Place is Nash County Training School. Supervisor at the school is S.B Simmons and teacher is R.E Fitzgerald.
