Abstract
This study will determine if cheap labor is a potential cause of the increase of private prisons. The increased rate of private prison populations has been steadily rising for the past 10 years. This study is aimed at ing the specific rules and regulations to facilitating a private prison. It’s important to study the history of the population increase, that way, long-standing patterns will cease to exist or be revised.
